A partnership of the Canal & River Trust, Oxford City and County Councilors, Waterways Residents Association CIC, The Friends of the Trap Grounds, Thames Valley Police, the local boating community and the Waterways Management Company, are working together to promote the Oxford Canal Mural Project.
